A solar passive home in the dense urban fabric of Mapusa, elevated on stilts above a garden and koi fish pond so the house breathes as naturally as it stands. Warm air escapes through a polycarbonate solar chimney while cool air rises from the garden below, and a contemporary balcao at the entrance quietly honours Goa's Indo-Portuguese threshold tradition. This project is currently under construction.
