A 21-room hotel and business centre that anchors itself to its city. An exposed CSEB façade faces the main road while the earth excavated for its basement became the very bricks that built it. Passive solar heating, a 250-seat hall, and a specialty restaurant make it as much a community landmark as a place to stay.
